Pamela Mitchell as "Martina"
Pamela Mitchell is an actress/musician that has appeared in numerous
short films, web series, and national commercial campaigns. In addition
to Innards, Pamela has appeared in the indie films Winter Slides,
Motion Picture Martyr, Muertie & Her Pets, and 21 Things. She has also
appeared on The Daily Show and My Dirty Little Secret. Pamela fronts
the electro-pop band The Letterist based in Williamsburg, New York.

Jeff South as "Darren"
Innards is Jeff South's first film. Jeff has a Masters in Theatre from
Central Missouri State University. Primarily a stage actor, Jeff has
appeared in Brighton Beach Memoirs in the role of “Eugene”,
Romeo and Juliet in the role of “Mercutio”, and Shadow Box in the role of
“Mark”. Jeff most recently appeared in a stage production of To Kill a
Mockingbird. Jeff lives in Broken Arrow, OK with his wife of 23 years.
He and his wife have 3 kids; Sarah (20), Caleb (18), and Camille (15).
In addition, Jeff is currently working on his first novel.
Bart Elfrink - Director/Producer/Editor
Bart Elfrink graduated from Southeast Missouri State University’s fully
accredited Mass Communication program in 2007 with a B.A. in Video
Productionand Theater. He worked as a 1st Assistant Director on the
feature, Water Tiger Lilly which has won numerous festival awards. He has also
directed the comedy short, Diners which was part of the St. Louis
Filmmaker’s Showcase in 2013. In addition, Bart has shot a variety of
music videos and promotional videos for St. Louis-based bands and
companies. He has also worked as a commercial director for Mattel, Inc.
and on the camera crew for the hit OWN Network show

Lainee Frizzo - Writer/Producer
Lainee Frizzo majored in both English and Rhetoric (with a focus on
Creative Writing) at the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana where
she earned her B.A. After her undergraduate studies, she earned a M.F.A.
in Creative Writing at the University of Alabama. While enrolled at
Alabama, she was awarded a Teaching Writing Fellowship which allowed
her to teach Creative Writing classes. Lainee is an Associate Professor
at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, IL where she teaches
composition, literature, and fiction writing. Her work has appeared in
Meridian, Gulf Stream Magazine, Sou’Wester, Yemassee,
Pedestal Magazine, and Spot Lit Magazine.
John Forrest - Writer/Executive Producer/Editor
John Forrest worked as an executive assistant/junior agent at Susan
Smith & Associates. He also worked at the Paul Kohner Agency, and was
a casting associate on the feature film Mercury Rising with Bruce Willis.
In addition, John has worked as a freelance coverage reader for Sony,
ICM, AMG, Castle Rock, and New Line Cinema. John attended
Tallahassee Community College from 2003-2005 and he is receiving his
B.A. in English from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. He has
written 5 other screenplays with writing partner, Lainee Frizzo.
Brant Hadfield - Director of Photography
Brant Hadfield recently won a bronze and silver Telly Awards. In February
of 2012 he received a Gold Addy Award for Cinematography, as well as
two Telly Awards in 2011. His first short film, The Last Legend, screened
in eight film festivals nationwide, and won four awards in those festivals,
including two for best cinematography. His short film Showdown was
awarded "Best Dramatic Short Film" in the St. Louis Filmmaker's Showcase.
He earned two Emmys, and several awards from the National Press
Photographers Association during his years working as a broadcast TV
news photographer and editor. His work has appeared in national
advertising campaigns, ABC News, The History Channel, Speed Channel,
ABC's Monday Night Football, ABC's Nightline, Fox Sports, and outlets
from coast to coast. His most recent effort is the historical short film
The Battle For Island Mound which Brant directed, shot, and produced for
the State of Missouri.

Laura Ortman - Composer
Laura Ortman (White Mountain Apache) received the First Nations
Composer Initiative Common Ground Award Grant for founding
The Coast Orchestra, the all-Native American orchestra in 2008. She was a
member of the The Dust Dive and Stars Like Fleas, has written & recorded
two solo albums (recorded by Martin Bisi) playing violin, Apache violin, piano,
electric guitar, samples, megaphone & organ. Laura also composed the
score for the documentary film Gringo Trails, as well as working on
various other scores and art projects.
